This unique formula ensures that the powders you apply seamlessly bond with the base, resulting in exceptional resistance to wear and chips. Usage Instructions:

STEP 1: Apply Excellent PRO One Coat Top No Wipe and cure it under the lamp for 15-20 seconds.  

STEP 2: Immediately after removing from the lamp, while still “warm,” gently rub in your chosen powder.  

STEP 3: Apply Excellent PRO Shine! Stay with Me! over the entire surface of the applied powder and wait approximately 30 seconds.  

STEP 4: Seal your design using either Excellent PRO One Coat Top No Wipe or Excellent PRO Grafen Hard Top.
